Each automatic pillow filling machine has four stations, but only one person to operate, in the operation process, once the staff set the filling weight on screen , put the pillow inside the clips and press start button, it will begin, then change new empty pillow after finish the previous one , without holding the pillow all the way, it can be described as time-saving and labor-saving.
This machine need to match with 22 KW screw air compressor + 1m3 air tank when working.
Be able to work together with fiber opening machine, auto load material into silo when lack of filling material in the filling machine .
